Out in the cold

This concept was directed to me from the editorial meeting. I work from home and generally supply 3 or 4 topics for them to choose from and then I create concepts around the chosen news topic.   Someone obviously had a flash of brilliance and so I didn't have to do any thinking and just drew the thing , being the lazy schmuck that I am.
