Apparently the voters roll is as full of holes and problems as the country's roads.  Good one, ANC, pity about the IEC's credibility gap with the President's buddy in charge!

Bit of a weird situation where the people are boycotting voter registration in order to get themselves heard about poor service delivery. Surely you register and vote in order to get the government of your choice to sort out service delivery? I usually hate drawing such detailed cartoons but for some reason I quite enjoyed drawing this one. Pity to dump a speech bubble right on top.
