Oh to be an ANC comrade, you can be accused of corruption, charged in court, refuse to step down and continue to cause chaos politically while not doing your job.  Eventually your political bosses get tired of your ineptitude but instead of just dumping you, they 'redeploy' you to a provincial government post, where you can continue to cause chaos (and possibly corruption) and be incompetent. Nice work if you can get it (and have no morals or ethics).

It's about time the ANC sent in a crew to clean up the disgusting mess that is Buffalo City Metro. Can't wait to see what happens in next year's local govt elections. Hopefully a new broom will sweep clean.
