Typical East Cape story

This is a silly local story about a woman who was bringing her child back from having an operation in Cape Town, using the provincial ambulance service. The only problem was she decided to transport a whole load of booze with her, marked "patient baggage". Methinks she was confusing service delivery with delivery service!
