KSD Municipality officials, including drivers, cleaners and others are receiving acting allowances for posts that aren't filled, over and above their salaries. They also make outrageous overtime and extra duty claims every month. Forget about service delivery to those paying rates, the thieving scum just take and take. Forget about a culture of entitlement, its a culture of stealing. Now they've been found out but what are the odds that it'll be swept under the carpet?
